Food

Long Pavilion - Sitting atop the hill at the north-western edge of qualia and facing directly out to Whitsunday Island, the aptly named Long Pavilion is a welcoming reception. It hosts an indoor-outdoor lounge area, bar, is home to the resort’s more relaxed dining experience and, within its secluded eastern wing, houses the peaceful sanctuary of the Library.

Pebble Beach - Perfectly positioned on the island’s northern waterfront, Pebble Beach is a soothing precinct by the water, which is a focal point for a range of guest facilities and activities. Getting there

Hamilton Island Airport is the main air hub for the Whitsunday Islands and Great Barrier Reef.

This modern, fully-equipped airport handles direct flights from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Cairns, operated by Jetstar, Virgin Australia and Qantas. 

Access is easy with just a short, direct flight from either

  • Sydney (2 hours)

  • Melbourne (3 hours)

  • Brisbane (90 minutes)

  • Cairns (70 minutes)

There are also short direct boat transfers from Port of Airlie on the mainland. Guests are met by a qualia Host upon their arrival for their exclusive VIP transfer to qualia.
